Cancellations received up to 60 days prior to the registered event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received within 60 of the registered event are not eligible for a refund.
Registrations may be transferred to an eligible delegate up to 7 days prior to the registered event.*
No transfers accepted past 7 days prior to the registered event.
Requests to cancel or transfer a registration must be received in writing, to events@edaustralia.com.au.
The event organiser reserves the right to accept cancellations and transfers outside of the above conditions at its discretion.
*Please note that for transfers made within 30 days of the event, we may not be able to accommodate dietary requirements
